Cassandra and Matthew Bugeja. Together, we have a combined total hospitality experience of 25 years, across a range venues and styles.
We both began our careers in fine dining in Sydney, meeting back in 2011 at Becasse. With a range of hatted restaurants under our belt we ventured overseas to travel Europe and work in London, Copenhagen and France.
We have a passion for Mediterranean food, fresh pastas and wholesome dining. We love to share that with you all.
